AI Bot

You have to go through a three-step form wizard to enable this Control, i.e., Design, API & Advance. Let’s explain these steps below:

1st Step – Design

  1. Database Field Name (mandatory): Defines the name of the database field to which the component's data will be mapped and stored.
  2. Label: Specifies the display name or title for a field or control in the user interface.
  3. Column Width: Specifies the width of a column in a layout or grid system, allowing control over how much space the column occupies relative to others.

2nd Step – API

  1. Choose Data Source: Select data source from the following AI, HTTP, Workflow, No SQL, or RDBMS.
    1. AI: Select AI from the following Chatgpt, Azure Open AI, Gemini, or Llama AI
      1. Synthetic Data: Enables the generation of artificial data based on defined rules and schema for testing or simulation.
      2. Data Connection: The configuration used to establish a connection to the data source.
      3. Business Description: A brief explanation of the business context or use case for the data.
      4. Schema: Defines the structure and format of the data, including fields and data types.
      5. Rule: Logic or conditions that guide how the data should be generated.
      6. List Of Questions:Predefined questions related to the data use case to assist in testing or AI interaction.
      7. Sample Query: An example query that demonstrates how users might interact with the data.
      8. AI Response?: Indicates whether an AI-generated response should be provided for a given query.
        1. AI Prompt: Instruction or context given to the AI to shape its response to user queries.
      9. Relative Fields: Key fields from the schema that relate to the question or data logic, used to guide AI or data generation.
      10. Database Connection: The configuration used to establish a connection to the data source.
      11. Response Attribute: The data or property returned in the response from the API or data source.

3rd Step – Advance

  1. Open in Popup: Determines whether the content or form opens in a popup window/modal.
    1. Button Icon: Icon displayed on the trigger button to enhance visual context.
    2. Select Style: Allows selection of a predefined design or theme for the UI element.
  2. Bind Last Message With Form: Connects the last user message or interaction with the associated form submission.
    1. Select Forms: Specifies which forms to associate or display in the component.
  3. Header Logo Url: URL of the logo image displayed in the header of the popup or embedded view.

Click “Confirm” and “AI Bot” control is configured.


The AI assistant will be positioned at the bottom-right corner of the interface to provide users with accessible support without interrupting their workflow.
